Coronavirus: Customer Update

VBS Direct Ltd is supporting UK veterinary practice whilst seeking to protect our clients, suppliers, staff and supply chains during this challenging time.

VBS Direct Ltd currently has no reported infections amoung it's staff or suppliers. We remain open and continue business as usual. We are continuously checking the government guidelines and will issue updates to this page as necessary.

Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19).

We are aware that some practices are limiting contact with third parties. Where this is the case we are happy to comply and support practices via telephone, Skype and email communication.

If practices experience quiet times we are able to offer remote staff training on K-Laser, V-PET, supplements, Bovie Surgical equipment, Digicare anaesthetic or fluid therapy and CryoPen cryotherapy technology. Training may be via Skype, online training media, recorded CPD events etc. Please contact us for more information.
